This Privacy Policy explains how Stacked AI Studio ("PSYDON," "CloneOS," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit psydon.co, book a call, or interact with a CloneOS-powered clone on behalf of one of our creator clients.

  • Information you give us directly. Name, email, phone number, and business details you submit through our booking widget or contact links.
  • Conversation data. If you message a CloneOS-powered clone through Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, SMS, or a voice call on behalf of one of our clients, we process the content of that conversation in order to qualify and book the appointment.
  • Usage and device data. Standard analytics such as pages viewed, referring source, browser type, and approximate location, collected automatically when you visit the site.

How we use your information

  • To schedule, confirm, and manage booked appointments
  • To operate and improve the CloneOS clone that responds on a client's behalf
  • To communicate with you about your appointment or inquiry
  • To measure and improve the performance of our site and campaigns

  • HighLevel: CRM, appointment tracking, and booking workflows
  • Meta (Instagram, Facebook Messenger): messaging channels a clone operates within
  • Retell AI: voice call handling
  • n8n: workflow automation connecting the above services

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain booking and conversation data for as long as needed to deliver our services and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, unless you request earlier deletion.
